Introduction

buy.minute.com is pre-order page for Minute, a consumer mobile wireless service by Mobi Acquisition, LLC. These terms and the privacy policy below explain how the site works and how we handle the information you share.

Terms of Service

Pre-order

Placing a pre-order is revokable up until the planned service launch date of December 10th 2026.

Plans & pricing may change

The price may change, but by placing a pre-order now you lock-in the price; $50/month for nationwide and international 5G high-speed data on The Best Network in the USA. After 150 GB of data used, we reserve the right to throttle your data speed to 1 Mbps.

The planned service

Minute is planned as a direct-to-consumer mobile wireless service for personal, non-commercial use by individual subscribers. At launch we expect to offer mobile voice and text (SMS, MMS, RCS) messaging alongside the nationwide and international high-speed data described on this site — all delivered over an eSIM you install on a compatible device. Each subscriber is assigned a mobile number, either newly issued or ported from an existing carrier.

Keeping your number

When the service launches, you'll be able to bring your current number by porting it from another carrier, subject to eligibility and validation. Porting is handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, and because it depends on your previous carrier's processes we can't guarantee how long it will take.

Eligibility

This site is intended for residents of the United States who are able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Acceptable use of this site

Use the site only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload it, submit false information, or access it through automated means without our permission.

Acceptable use of the service

Minute is intended for personal, person-to-person (P2P) communication from your own device. The full terms presented to you at activation will prohibit application-to-person (A2P), commercial, or bulk messaging; automated, API-, or bot-driven messaging; spam, phishing, and other deceptive messaging; spoofing or manipulating the originating number or sender identity of a message or call; and operating or contributing to SIM farms — consistent with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and all applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The Minute name, logo, and the design and content of this site are owned by Minute Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Provided “as is”

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minute Technologies Inc. and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Minute Technologies Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as Minute develops. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
